Nell’ambito delle valutazioni sull’efficacia dello strumento si evidenzia che solo il 3% dei rispondenti ritiene che EMAS non abbia apportato alcun contributo al gestione ambientale dell’organizzazione; tangibili miglioramenti sono riscontrati dagli intervistati nella gestione dei rifiuti (peri il 32%), delle risorse energetiche (per il 20%) e della risorsa idrica (per il 20%).
Tra le difficoltà riscontrate, particolarmente marcata (48% degli interessati), è la denuncia della mancanza di supporto da parte degli Enti preposti e l’eccessiva complessità tecnico amministrativa per l’ottenimento delle registrazione (45% degli intervistati).

Sulla tramvia sono utilizzate le stesse elettromotrici che sono impiegate sulla linea 1 della "Metro de Sevilla". La capacità di carico della linea tramviaria è di circa 2.300 passeggeri/ora/direzione (275 posti con frequenza ora di punta di 7 minuti).
