These days, I was asked what could be the contribution in respect of EMAS proper management of a municipal sewer network managed by another management entity.

is worth noting that some public bodies and private enterprise have already managed to initiate and carry out such work, such as:
1) provincial area Venice and Treviso : national standards of protection of the Venice lagoon have been imposed from 10-15 years to the Veneto Region and municipalities that discharge directly or indirectly (ie in the rivers that flow into the lagoon) the work of split sewage (black and white);

What could be therefore the contribution of EMAS?
I think it is clearly to highlight the critical issues in the area and what actions / measures the authorities have decided to take timely and periodically checked by a third party (the verifier EMAS) which helps to indicate the status of citizens' certain works of art in progress and what their actual contribution to the Environment

(whereas not always follow the work done so hoped and expected environmental improvement).

Tram articolato CAF (bidirezionale a piano ribassato, 32 metri, 5 casse, 6 assi) del 2006 (gruppo MC 101-106), per le deserte vie di Siviglia nell'estate del 2010.



Il "Metrocentro" è una linea tramviaria lunga circa 2 chilometri e con sole 4 fermate (Plaza Nueva, Archivo de Indias, Puerta de Jerez, Prado) che attraversa il centro della città in sede promiscua (con i pedoni).

Sulla tramvia sono utilizzate le stesse elettromotrici che sono impiegate sulla linea 1 della "Metro de Sevilla". La capacità di carico della linea tramviaria è di circa 2.300 passeggeri/ora/direzione (275 posti con frequenza ora di punta di 7 minuti).

With the current system è proceduto all'ulteriore eliminazione del capolinea ad anello ed alla sua sostituzione con uno tronco sulla via Flaminia.

Questa semplice soluzione bene o male era realizzabile anche vent'anni fa, visto che in quella occasione furono acquistate le prime elettromotrici bidirezionali Socimi T8000, risparmiando a tutto il quartiere anni di inutili e dispendiosi lavori.
